Terms of use for cv.xhub. Please read these carefully before using our services.
1. Service Description and Acceptance
cv.xhub is an online platform for creating and publishing professional CVs. By registering and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with all terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To fully use our services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when registering and when creating your CV profile.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content and Conduct
You retain all rights to the content you upload to cv.xhub, including your CV data, text, and images.
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and process this content as part of our services.
It is prohibited to upload content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove such content.
4. Payment Terms
We offer both free and paid services. Current prices can be found on our website. All prices include applicable VAT.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or annually). Payment is processed through our payment service providers.
Refunds are made in accordance with legal requirements. For digital services, there is generally no right of withdrawal after the start of use.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the cv.xhub platform, including design, software, logos, and trademarks, remain with BeeBack UG. These terms do not grant you ownership of the platform.
Our templates and designs are protected by copyright. You may only use them within your CV profile on cv.xhub.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep our services available around the clock. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may interrupt services at any time for maintenance or updates. For planned maintenance, we will inform you in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided 'as is'. We make no warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation of the platform.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. After termination, your data will be handled according to our privacy policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or misuse our services.
Upon termination of the contract, you will lose access to your account and stored data. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
9. General Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website.
